Welcome to IFEMON Studio (ifemon.com). By accessing our website, using our design services, or purchasing our digital templates, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services and License
IFEMON Studio provides UI/UX design services, Framer development, and digital templates.
Digital Templates
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased templates for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template source files with others.
Design Services
Ownership of custom design assets transfers to the client only upon full payment of the agreed project fee, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Payments and Merchant of Record
All purchases are processed by an authorized Merchant of Record (such as Lemon Squeezy, Polar, or similar providers). The Merchant of Record is responsible for payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds.
Your payment relationship is legally between you and the Merchant of Record, who then compensates IFEMON Studio.
3. Client Responsibilities
For design services, you agree to provide all required assets (logos, copy, images) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in adjusted project timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, templates, and code, is the intellectual property of IFEMON Studio and is protected by applicable international copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
IFEMON Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Refund Policy

1. Digital Templates
Due to the digital nature of Framer templates and UI kits, all template sales are final. Once access to template files or remix links has been granted, refunds are not guaranteed.
We encourage reviewing live demos and product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion only in cases of verified technical issues that cannot be resolved.
2. Design Subscriptions and Services
Before Work Starts
If you cancel before the design or research phase begins, you are eligible for a full refund.
After Work Starts
Once work has commenced, refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
Final Delivery
No refunds are available once final assets are delivered or a Framer site is transferred to your account.
3. Support and Refund Requests
If you experience technical issues, please contact us first at hello@ifemon.com.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed by the Merchant of Record in accordance with their policies.
